16 Crossapol is a traditional croft house, offering light, airy and spacious accommodation.

Recently renovated and offering generous reception rooms, 2 spacious bedrooms, large garden and private driveway.  Centrally located offering far reaching views across the Island and within walking distance of the local shop, Buth a’ Bhaile, village hall and airport.

ACCOMMODATION 

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance Porch / Hall – Coat storage facility / shoe rack and tall-boy cupboard.  This cupboard contains DVD’s, board games, playing cards and a variety of books.

Toilet – Comprising WC and basin.  Within this room, you will find a small under stairs cupboard containing the following: - vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, iron board and iron.

Sitting Room – This room has two leather recliner sofas.  There is a 42” freeview TV with surround sound system.  DVD player (numerous DVD’s situated in hall tall-boy cupboard). 

Dining Room – This room has a large oak dining table which has seating provided for 5 guests.  Also provides guests a perfect area to play board games.  The dining room also has two large swivel arm-chairs which are fabulous to snuggle in and read a good book.

Kitchen – Containing Electric hob and extractor fan, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer.  There is also a larder which will provides storage for dry foods.

FIRST FLOOR 

Double Bedroom – 1 x Kingsize Bed, bedside tables and triple wardrobe (extra pillows on top of wardrobe)

Double Bedroom – 1 x Kingsize Bed and 1 x Single Bed, bedside tables and triple wardrobe (extra pillows on top of wardrobe)

Shower Room – Large walk in shower, sink and WC and storage cupboard

FACILITIES AND SERVICES 

The house has oil filled radiators which are electrically powered and Thermostat controlled throughout the house.  Guests can adjust this to suit.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE

From the ferry continue along the road away from the pier. At the T junction turn left, past the Police station & post office. This is the township of Scarinish, on the right-hand side is the Co-op.  Continue along the road for about 4 miles towards Crossapol.  Buth a’ Bhaile shop, open 7 days a week, is on the right hand side.  Just after the play park turn right, signed Kenovay & Airport. Continue past the airport turning and 16 Crossapol is along this road on the left hand side, opposite Beachcomber Craft Cafe. 

OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING 

An enclosed garden with off road parking and good sized grassed area. 

RESTRICTIONS 

Sorry No Smoking or Pets.

Please bring your own towels (bathroom and kitchen) – Bed linen is provided and spare sets are kept in chest of drawers at the top of stairs.

The sewage is by septic tank, which means only toilet paper down the toilet (please no baby wipes / toilet wipes). 

We politely ask that the house is vacated by 9.30a.m to allow the house to be prepared for any new arrivals.  Please leave the house as you would want to find it.

Rates do include the use of electricity for heating (reasonable usage) hot water and cooking together with all bed linen and kitchen tea-towels. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
