7 Reef Terrace Back
Reef Terrace - in the township of Crossapol - just across the road from one of the many beautiful sandy beaches.
The house is opposite the children’s swing park and conveniently located with the airport and island hall within walking distance. The cottage comprises of a lounge with coal fire, kitchen, double bedroom, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, bathroom and a separate shower room. There is a large garden and ample parking in the terrace.
Lounge/ Dining - has a large comfortable sofa with matching arm chair, both of which face the newly installed multi fuel burner. Alongside the window is a sturdy dining table surrounded by six dining chairs. There is a TV for watching DVDs and a stereo/CD/multi media player.
Kitchen - the newly fitted oak kitchen has a stone work surface, double oven and induction hob. There is an integrated dishwasher, new fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space.
Master Bedroom - is at the front of the property and has a king size bed, wooden stand alone wardrobe, large mirror, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Twin Bedroom - is at the rear of the property and consists of two sets of full length bunk beds and a large chest of drawers above which hangs a mirror.
Bathrooms - has a full length bath, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet. The old coal shed has been converted into a deluxe shower room, providing the ideal place to warm up and remove your wetsuit after a session in the sea.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The newly fitted heating system will ensure the house is warm and dry with plenty of hot water available. In addition there is an emersion heater and electrical plug in heater for occasional use.
DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE
At the end of the ferry terminal road, turn left and continue along this road for about 7 minutes. You will drive along a straight with the airport on your right and at the far end you will pass MacLeod’s shop. The first turning on the right after the red phone box is Reef Terrace. The house is the second grey/blue semi-detached bungalow with a black gate and storm doors.
OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING
There is a large enclosed garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a shed and drying line. There is a dartsboard undercover just outside the backdoor. Outdoor furniture is available on request. Storage space in shed on request. Cars can be parked at the side of the house in front of the gate or at the front of the house on the grassed area.
Dogs by arrangement, no cats due to owner’s allergy. No smoking.
