Greenbank is a traditional 1930s two-storey croft house, with extensive views over Loch Bhasapol and Ben Hough.

The property - which has two living rooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs - is located in Kilmoluaig, and is the second house on the right when driving up the Kilmoluaig road. The house is well situated for the water sports available at both Loch Bhasapol and Ballevulin beach.

It is approximately a 20 minute walk over the machair to Ballevulin beach.

ACCOMMODATION

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen - with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, freezer, fridge. The condensing tumble dryer can be found in the porch at the front of the house.

Living/Dining Room - main eating area with dining table and chairs. Also has two seater sofa and chair

Living Room - room has entertainment facilities with a 32 inch LCD TV. A DVD player and a games console are provided. A wide selection of books, DVDs and console games are available for use by guests.

Bathroom - this and has a WC, sink, bath and separate shower cubicle.

Cloakroom - with WC and hand wash basin.

FIRST FLOOR

Double Bedroom - contains two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Has view to front of property, over Loch Bhasapol.

Double Bedroom - contains double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Has view to rear of property, towards Ben Hough.

Double Bedroom  - contains one double bed, one single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Has view to front of property, over Loch Bhasapol.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

All beds have duvets with duvet covers provided. Pillowcases and bedsheets are not provided. All electricity use is included in the weekly rate.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE

Directions are from the end of the road from the pier. At the end of the pier road turn right on to B8068. Stay on this road for approx. 5.9 miles. Go straight over crossroads at Cornaig. Stay on this road for approx. 1.1 miles. Turn left and house is approx. 0.25 miles along the Kilmoluaig road.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING

The garden is fenced off and is accessed directly from the road via a farm gate. The garden has grass parking for at least two cars.A fixed picnic bench is available for use, should the weather allow ! A drying line is available at the rear of the house.

RESTRICTIONS

Dogs are allowed but only with the prior agreement of the house owner. No open fires/candles are permitted. On departure, guests are asked to vacate the property at least 90 minutes before the ferry departs. On arrival on the island, guests are asked to delay arrival at the house for at least 90 minutes to allow sufficient time for cleaning.
