Double Bedroom - with a kingsize bed and two large velux windows offering stunning views from the front and rear of the property. Ample wardrobe and drawer space is provided.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The wood burning stove is the main source of heating in the cottage with electric storage heaters as a back-up. The cottage benefits from free wifi and all electricity is included within the tariff. Refuse collection is weekly and the cottage will be cleaned prior to your arrival.
DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE
Arriving by Ferry - At the end of the pier road you will reach a T-Junction, turn left and continue on that road for approx 4.5miles until you reach another T-Junction, turn left again and drive a further 1.5 miles until you reach Balemartine. Continue over the brow of the hill and the cottage is on your right hand side at the bottom of the hill opposite the Blue Beyond Gallery.
OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING
The cottage has a small fenced garden to the front and new in 2013 at the rear is a large timber decking spanning the full length of the cottage with outdoor storage and garden furniture. Please park directly opposite the cottage and well clear of the road as heavy farm machinery uses the road throughout the day. Our next door neighbour parks directly opposite their cottage so please keep this spot free. We also request that guests do not use the Blue Beyond Gallery car park.
