Sunnybrae is a traditional detached house that has recently been renovated to a high standard. 

The house has been fully modernised and offers spacious accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to 9 people. Sunnybrae is located in a quiet off road location with a large enclosed garden and Balevullin, Balinoe, and the Maze beaches are just minutes away by car.

Kitchen/ Dining Room – Modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table, fitted hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Living Room – Multi-fuel stove, comfortable suite with TV, satellite and broadband.

Bathroom – Bathroom suite with shower over bath.

Lounge / Bedroom – Comfortable corner sofa bed (kingsize) and TV with freesat box.

Porch –  Large porch offering plenty of storage space.

FIRST FLOOR

Double Bedroom – King size bed with storage, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Double Bedroom – Double bed with storage and sink.

Double Bedroom – Double bed and single bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and sink.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES 

Modern electric central heating, multi-fuel stove, satellite TV, broadband, bluetooth wireless speaker.  Bedding and towels supplied.  Large enclosed garden with drying area and large picnic bench.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE

From the ferry, drive along Pier Road until you come to a t-junction and turn left towards Scarinish, follow the road through Crossapol towards Heylipol until you come to a t-junction and turn right and then the next left, carry on this road until you come to the crossroads at Heylipol church and turn right towards Moss, carry along this road and Sunnybrae is the third house on your right down a track off the road.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING 

Sunnybrae has a large fully enclosed front and back garden with ample off-road parking area.  There is a drying area in the garden, a garden bench and also a large picnic bench.
