Easy access to quiet sandy coves in front of house and Soroby beach. Frequent sitings of otters and basking sharks. Balemartine is a thriving settlement with the Farmhouse Café and Blue Beyond Gallery within easy walking distance.
Carrick Cottage is well equipped, tastefully decorated, and full of character. It comprises 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 4), sitting room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
Sitting Room - with 2 sofas, rocking chair, bookcases with books, games and DVDs, lovely cast iron electric stove, storage heater. TV, DVD player and ipod station. Front door access.
Kitchen - with round dining table extendable to seat up to 6, freezer, fridge, 4 ring electric cooker, microwave, toaster and fully equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Storage heater.
Utility Room - with sink, dish-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, wooden dresser and drying area. Storage heater. Access to rear garden.
Bathroom - with bath, over-bath electric shower, toilet and wash hand-basin. Heated towel radiator. Fan heater.
Double Bedroom - with super king bed or can be split into 2 single beds. Velux window to sea view with blackout blind. Storage heater. Chest of drawers and plenty of storage.
Twin Bedroom - with 2 single beds. Velux window to sea view with black out blind. Child gate to top of stairs available. Ample hanging and storage.
OFF PEAK RATE - November - March | £375 per week.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE
By Ferry - At the end of the pier road at T-Junction, turn left and continue on that road for approx 4.5miles through Scarinish and Crossapol, until you reach the T-Junction at Heylipol. Turn left again and drive a further 1.5 miles until you reach Balemartine. 100 metres after Farmhouse Café turn left. Continue on track to sea front, turn left. Carrick is second house on left.

Off road parking in front of house.
Well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement. No smoking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required with the full balance payable THREE MONTHS prior to the start of your stay. The owner will meet you at the property and show you round the property and give you the keys. Breakages should be replaced or paid for. Please leave the property in the condition that you would expect to find it in. Guests are asked to vacate the property two hours prior to the ferry or plane departure to allow us to change beds etc and prepare the house for the next guests.
