It has a lovely open outlook over the ‘Passage of Tiree’ to the Treshnish Islands and the hills of Mull beyond. There are sandy beaches within about 100m of the house.

Sitting Room- comfortable three piece suite, coffee table, expandable dining table, TV & DVD player, Jet Master open fire & electric fire.
Kitchen/Dining – well equipped kitchen area including
double oven electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave & dish washer. The dining area can accommodate eight. Little Wenlock solid fuel stove & electric radiator. Music centre.
Bathroom - with bath (shower over), hand wash basin & WC. Electric towel rail & electric wall heater.
Toilet - hand wash basin & WC. Storage space.
Utility Room – large modern fridge freezer, washing machine, drying pulleys, china sink & tub with adjacent worktops, pine dresser & shelving.
Rear Vestibule - ample coat hooks & boot storage.
Double Bedroom - king sized double bed, side tables with bed lights, dressing table with mirror, full length mirror, electric heater, built in wardrobe.
Twin Bedroom- twin beds, side tables with bed lights, chest of drawers, full length mirror, electric heater, built in wardrobe.
Single Bedroom - single bed, side table with bed light, dressing table with mirror, electric heater, coat hooks.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Free Internet access, normally the speeds are ok but do not rely upon it.
Off peak heaters in the Hall & Untility.
The house is fully equipped for holiday lets.
Bed linen, towels (but not beach towels) are available for an extra charge.
DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE
When you leave the ferry there is only one way to go - just follow the other cars if you are not the first off!
At the first T junction turn left & pass through Scarinish & Crossapol. About 1 mile after Crossapol turn left at the T junction. Pass through Balemartine & you will see the Blue Beyond Gallery on your left. The house is one hundred yards passed Blue Beyond on you right hand side. There is a sign in the window. The total distance from the ferry is 6.8 miles.
OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING
The house has a large enclosed garden area around it where there is a coal shed, store, outdoor clothes drying line & a graveled drive for car access & parking. There are sandy beaches just across the road, although access has been somewhat restricted, for the less nimble, by cattle fencing.
Sorry but no pets & no smoking.
Please no tents or caravans in the garden. The facilities are just not designed for use by more than 5 people.
Due to new arrangements this year the house will not be ready for you before 1.30pm. If you have to put off time the Farmhouse Cafe in Balemartine is very good and very handy.
Please vacate the house by 09.30am on the day of your departure.
