GROUND FLOOR
Living Room - open plan to adjoining kitchen. Underfloor heating and oak flooring throughout, and with a lovely wood-burning stove as a focal point in the room, this is a great space to relax.  Double glazed patio doors allow fantastic sea views from the settee to the sea, which is only  a few metres away. There is a large flat screen wall mounted TV for these days when you simply want to stay indoors.
Feature spiral staircase leads up to the SNUG,  a fantastic hideaway to relax in. Settee and armchairs provide a place to sit and relax and enjoy the panoramic views. Simply stunning!
Kitchen - is modern, spacious and open plan. Fully fitted with induction hob cooker, inbuilt ovens, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster.  Plenty of preperation space and storage throughout. All utensils and crockery are provided.
The large dining table provides a focus and space to share and enjoy.
Ground floor shower room and toilet with walk in shower and rain head.
Beautifully finished with modern fittings, large shower with rain shower head, toilet, sink and cupboards. Tiled floors and walls plus heated towel rail.
Double Bedroom 1
Lovely cozy bedroom on the ground floor still has the original cottage feel with its deep window recesses framing the view across the harbour. Double bed, double wardropes and plenty of drawer space.
Hallway –spacious entranceway with plenty of space to hang coats and leave shoes, leading to stairway to the first floor bedrooms.

FIRST FLOOR
Double Bedroom 2 – double  bed, bed side tables with lamps, chest of drawers.  Large Velux windows allow spectacular views cross the harbour and to the sea beyond.  Great for watching the local creel boats returning from their day at sea.
Twin Bedroom - has 2 single  beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with reading lamp.
Large Velux windows with lovely views across the bay to Scarinish.
Shower room and toilet with walk in shower, sink, and heated towel rail. Beautifully finished with modern fittings.
Heating on the first floor is by modern electric heaters with digital thermostatic control

FACILITIES AND SERVICE
All linen and towels are provided.
The cottage is cozy and warm with the underfloor heating but nothing beats a natural flame for that extra relaxed feel. We provide one bag of kindling and coal briquets, if you choose to use the stove. Cooking is on the electric hob and all electricity is included in the price.

There is ample room for car parking on the brae behind the cottage.
