Very close to the sea with several small sandy bays and rocky outcrops. Ideal for, fishing, rock pooling, Kayaking, SUPing, spotting Otters, Seals and other wildlife & birds and stunning views east over Mull and the Treshnish Isles.
The Farmhouse Café is a 2 minute walk away.
Soroby (Balinoe) Beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Please enquire about short breaks, available outwith peak times, at £80 per night (minimum 3 nights). Availability of short breaks is at the owners discresion and may not be possible during peak periods.

DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE
From the ferry terminal follow road, at the T junction turn left and follow road past the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Co-op store towards Crossapol. Continue to follow the coast road past the Community Hall (An Talla) then follow the signs for Heylipol. At the T junction turn left and continue forward until you reach Balemartine. After you pass the Farmhouse Café take the second track on the left and follow the signs to The Old Store.

Small garden/sitting area to the front of property incudes eating area and BBQ. Yards from a small sandy cove. Off-road parking. Outside storage suitable for items such as water sports equipment and bikes.
