GROUND FLOOR
Lounge/ Dining - has a large comfortable sofa with matching arm chair, both of which face the newly installed multi fuel burner. Alongside the window is a sturdy dining table surrounded by six dining chairs. There is a TV for watching DVDs and a stereo/CD/multi media player.
Kitchen - the newly fitted oak kitchen has a stone work surface, double oven and induction hob. There is an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space.
Master Bedroom - is at the front of the property and has a king size bed, wooden stand alone wardrobe, large mirror, chest of drawers and a bedside table.
Twin Bedroom - is at the rear of the property and consists of two sets of full length bunk beds and a large chest of drawers above which hangs a mirror.
Bathrooms - has a full length bath, sink, toilet and bathroom cabinet. The old coal shed has been converted into a shower room, providing the ideal place to warm up and remove your wetsuit after a session in the sea.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The newly fitted heating system will ensure the house is warm and dry with plenty of hot water available. In addition there is an emersion heater and electrical plug in heater for occasional use.
The property is a bungalow. There is an entrance hall with access to both bedrooms on the left and the bathroom at the far end. The lounge/dining area is accessed from the entrance hall on the right and the kitchen is beyond this room.
There is a large enclosed garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a shed and drying line. There is a dartsboard undercover just outside the backdoor. Outdoor furniture is available on request. Cars can be parked at the side of the house in front of the large gate or at the front of the house on the grassed area.
The property is not suitable for people in a wheelchair.

From the ferry, turn left at the end of the ferry terminal road and continue along this road for about 7 minutes. You will drive along a straight with the airport on your right and at the far end you will pass the island Business Centre and Buth a Baile shop. The first turning on the right after the red phone box and just before the playpark is Reef Terrace. No. 7 is the second blue semi-detached bungalow on the right with a blue gate and black storm doors.
From the airport, turn left at the end of the airport road. At the end of this road, Reef Terrace is on the left of the playpark.
Cars can be parked at the front of the property on the grass or alongside the fence at the side of the garden.
