Sea views from almost every room - The house is located in a truly lovely area.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Area - a large, modern, open plan family area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table.

The family area is equipped with both a Smart TV and Sky. Alexa is also available.


Living Room - a comfortable, light and spacious room with a large Smart TV and Sky box. Magnificent sea views.
Bedroom 1 - one kingsize bed with ample storage space.
Bedroom 2 - one double bed with ample storage space.
Bedroom 3 - one double bed with ample storage space.
Bedroom 4 - two single beds with ample storage space.
Cloakroom - with W/C
Bathroom - fully modernised with bath and a shower.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES 
All electricity and heating are included in the tariff.

Bookings are Saturday till Saturday.
Arrival after 1PM and we need you to vacate by 9.30am on your day of departure.

BRAESIDE IS A SELF CLEAN PROPERTY. BRAESIDE MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY.

We supply duvets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, dish towels etc.

 Braeside is fully enclosed within a fence and there is space within the area for up to three cars. There is one available outhouse that can be used for bike and board storage etc. Drying area is also available. Outdoor seating and BBQ area.
