Sanderling beach house is a wonderful property in early stages of renovation located 50 meters from the beach at the East end of the island on the wonderfully quiet Traigh Chrionaig bay at Ruaig.

An incredible place to spend time with family and friends, where a large living and kitchen/dining space means that there is room for everyone. A large enclosed garden with raised decking overlooking the beach picks up the sun throughout the day.

There are limited blinds on windows throughout the house leaving guests with undisrupted views in all directions and ample light.

There are very few houses on Tiree in such an ideal position; at Sanderling it is all about location. There is a hot outdoor shower from where on a clear day you can see over to Iona!

All linen and towels are included in the rental of the property. 2 bikes and two paddle boards are also available to use.
