The property has an enclosed garden and ample car parking space. There is decking to the front and to the rear. The front decking faces East overlooking the beach. The rear decking is a great suntrap area for the evening facing West overlooking the beautiful machair. The house has wheelchair access via the decking at the rear of the property.

The downstairs of the property has wheelchair access at the rear of the property via decking. All downstairs doors widths are suitable for wheelchairs except the utility room. The upstairs bedroom and en-suite are only reachable by stairs.

Travel Directions - From Scarinish Ferry Pier turn right onto the B8068. Continue along the road and turn right at the junction for Caoles. Continue along the coast road passed the Tiree Lodge Hotel. Proceed along the road until the signpost for Vaul on the left hand side. Turn on to the road and continue passed the Golf club on the right hand side. At the left hand corner of the road continue up the brow of the hill to the top. The property is situated at the top of the hill on the corner plot.
