Location
The house is located on the Machair in Scarinish, just a 5-minute walk from local facilities, including the Coop, bank, and pub, and a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The property boasts fine sea views of Mull, Iona, and even Islay and Jura on clear days. From the kitchen, you can enjoy views of Ben Hynish and Ben Hough over the tranquil countryside.
Two sandy beaches are just a 2-minute walk away across the Machair.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are considered upon request.
Housekeeping
Guests are kindly asked to leave the house as they find it.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Please bring your own bed linen. If arriving without a vehicle, bed linen and towels can be hired on the island.
Accommodation
The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable living and outdoor spaces.
Living Room
A cosy traditional Blackhouse living room with a wood-burning stove.
Two sofas and a TV with an HDMI cable for media playback. (Note: There is no terrestrial or satellite TV; media must be connected via the HDMI cable.)
Fully fitted kitchen.
Two fridges and a small freezer (Coop is only 200 yards away).
A large dining table seating six.
Washing machine available.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom:
King-size bed with majestic sea views of Mull, Iona, and the Treshnish Isles.
Fitted wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed with views of Ben Hynish and Ben Hough.
Chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs):
Single bed with the option to convert into two singles or a double.
Bathroom 1 (Downstairs):
Bath, shower, toilet, and sink.
Bathroom 2 (Upstairs):
Bath, toilet, sink, and views of Mull.
Front Porch
A bright, open space with a handmade table and chairs—perfect for coffee, work, or post-dinner drinks.
Outdoor Spaces
Decking Area: Located outside the porch, featuring an outdoor sofa with cushions and chairs. Enjoy the Tiree sun or use the space for yoga.
All electricity is payable at the suppliers cost applicable at the time of rental.
Accessibility
Due to the traditional structure of the house, the doorways are not wide enough for wheelchair access.

Two Double Bedrooms, One Bedroom with Two Singles
From The Ferry follow the road to the Coop. Just after passing the Coop take the track which curves right at the Museum. Follow this Track with A Stonewall on your left until you take a left turn and can see the house with its blue shed in front of you.
