The Cow Shed is a luxury holiday home located a few hundred meters from the beach. (Sorry, No Pets)

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen/Dining Room - comfortably caters for 8 people at a large dining table. There are two ovens, large hob, huge fridge (and an extra fridge freezer in the drying room), dishwasher and microwave. 
Bedroom 3 - Superking (or two singles)  Lots of drawer space. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 4 - Superking (or two singles) Lots of drawer space.  Ensuite shower room.
Ensuite shower rooms all have large walk in showers, basin and wc
Private bathroom has bath with shower over, basin and wc

FIRST FLOOR
Lounge - there are two large sofas easily seating 8 people, a TV, DVD player and large picture window looking out to the beach. 
Bedroom 1 - Superking or two single beds. Lots of drawer space. Ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 - Superking or two single beds. Lots of drawer space. Private bathroom.
 
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The entrance to the house is via a large heated drying room with hanging for wetsuits. There is a washing machine and an airer. Outside there is a large expanse of decking with outside shower, wetsuit drying rack, washing line and garden furniture.

There is parking for up to 3 cars. Please keep the gate closed at all times or you may come home to a garden full of cows and sheep! Please do not park outside our garden as this land does not belong to us.

The property has stairs to access the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms. Space in the downstairs bedrooms may be difficult for wheelchair users.
