Rock Villa is situated in a quiet part of the island and within easy walking distance of the beautiful Balephuil beach. A day room with panoramic views towards Skerryvore Lighthouse has been added to the house and is near to the seal colony which is just a short walk down the road. The house has been maintained to a good standard and offers comfortable and homely accommodation for visitors who enjoy peace and quiet and magnificent views. Rock Villa is ideal for families, but not suitable for groups of water sports enthusiasts.

From the pier - at the T junction turn left and stay on the road through Scarinish - passing the Bank and Co-op, both on the right. Stay on this road and follow the signs to Crossapol. Stay on this road following signs to Heylipol. At next T junction turn left and follow signs for Balemartine. At Balinoe - just after the graveyard - turn right - following signs for Balephuil. Continue along the road approx 3 miles, almost as far as you can go, Rock Villa is the 2nd to last house on the left hand side.
