Duart is within easy walking distance of The Ferry Terminal all the facilities in Scarinish ,An Iodhlann, Scarinish Hotel, Bank, Post Office, and Co-op ,Barista ,Fish N Chip Shop , Fresh Fish and Gift
Shop.
Duvet and pillows available if you are unable bring your own eg if arriving without a vehicle , bring your own bed linen and towels, alternatively you can hire bed linen and towels on the island , I can give you details.

Electricity is metered at suppliers current rates.

Solid wood kitchen with all the appliances and equipment you will require.Fridge with small freezer(the co-op is 100yds away)electric hob and oven and microwave. The kitchen has a slate tiled floor whilst the dining and living area have a solid timber floor scattered with colourful rugs , and some very comfy leather seating and a little stove and a picture window looks across to Jura and Mull.
The dining area can accommodate four with ease if you plan to have a couple of guests for a meal.

Kingsize bed 160cmx200cm with built-in wardrobe space with drawers .Solid timber flooring and rugs .

Fully tiled with modern fittings underfloor heating, just enough to take chill off the slate tiles.
The house is surrounded by an enclosed fenced grassed garden with places to sit on one side and with patio area with picnic table and benches on the other .
Access from car is a gentle grassed slope to front door , there is a 75mm step and standard threshold at front door.

When leaving the pier turn right and drive or bike for one mile until you come to a T junction, turn left, drive past the Police Station on the left, and the Co-op on your right ,just past the cattle grid take the track in front of An Iodhiann our house is situated approximately 100 yards diagonally on the right.
The Ferry Terminal is less than mile away by car or bicycle from Duart or by foot just a leisurely walk over machair passing by The Hotel and harbour , head for the BT mast and Duart is over the road . The airport is about 4 miles away .
