Jeweller and artist Dot Sim's work is inspired by rockpools, changing landscapes, windswept beaches, and stormy seas.
The work is handmade, using traditional gold and silversmithing techniques. She chooses to use precious metals - materials that stand the test of time, as she is interested in the role of jewellery as heirlooms that are handed down, providing intimate memories for future generations.
