Accommodation
Bedrooms - all five en suite guest rooms have been individually designed using high quality furnishings and fittings. Each room has a TV/DVD player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, thermostatic controlled central heating and free WIFI access is available.
Disabled access - one of our ground floor kingsize rooms is suitable for wheelchair access. It has an en suite wet room kitted out with a shower seat, hand rails and wheelchair-friendly sink/toilet.
Bathrooms - all rooms are en suite and have either a bath and shower or shower only.
Conservatory - a comfortable room with views over the surrounding croft and machair, there is a TV, cd player, books, DVD's, children's toys and local information provided.
Guests are welcome to use the conservatory to relax in, we provide plenty of books, local information, games and jigsaws for entertainment.
Garden with picnic benches and access to a shed for storage of outdoor gear and a hose pipe.
We have one ground floor room which is suitable for wheelchair users or people with disabilities. We can provide ramps for getting in and out the front door easily.

Directions to Rockvale
FERRY: After coming off the ferry, drive up the pier road (B8065) and at the T-junction turn right on to the B8068. Stay on this road for 3 miles to Balephetrish. Rockvale is the third house on the left once you have reached the township of Balephetrish. There is a sign at the end of the driveway.
PLANE: After leaving the airport follow the road to the T-Junction, turn right here and carry on to the next T-Junction. Turn right again and follow the road alongside Balephetrish Beach, we are at the far end on the right hand side. There is a sign at the end of the driveway.
