Oven and ceramic electric hob. - Small seated area complete with table - Baby High Seat. Wood Burning stove.
Living Room - with comfortable new sofas (double sofabed!), traditional furniture and plenty of wall sockets. Beautiful wooden spiral staircase. Stone gable wall. DVD player, stereo Hi-fi, LED TV with Freeview and NETFLIX enabled, radio, and PS4 - complete with extensive catalog of games! Satellite TV package. Digital heating controls. FIRST FLOOR

Twin Bedroom - with two single beds and flat screen TV with PS3.
Bathroom - with white ceramic suite with corner bath. Tiled Shower Enclosure with power shower. Shaver socket and heated towelrail.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Strong Wi-fi enabled broadband throughout entire house. New double glazing throughout. Hardwood solid front doors with triple glazed panels. Underfloor heating and 2 wood burning stoves. It’s ten minutes by car to the pub, eight minutes to the local shop or community hall and it’s right at the edge of the main Watersports Loch. Only 2 minutes by car, or 10 minutes walking to the beach.

2 Bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed and 2 singles) and Double Sofa bed downstairs in Living room.

Completely enclosed walled garden (ideal for children or pets!) with outside lighting. Large front and rear garden complete with seating /tabled picnic area. Extensive parking area for up to 3 cars. Picnic table and chairs, wooden bench and night solar lighting.

Accessibility

The ground floor is all level with no steps at the entrance. Suitable to access bathroom and sleeping on double sofa bed, if only planning on being downstairs. Upstairs is accessed by stair and has 2 bedrooms.

Sleeping details

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. A master bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is also a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing a further 2 people to be accommodated. Total 4+2 people.
