GROUND FLOOR
Entrance Porch / Hall – Coat storage facility / shoe rack and tall-boy cupboard. This cupboard contains DVD’s, board games, playing cards and a variety of books.
Toilet – Comprising WC and basin. Within this room, you will find a small under stairs cupboard containing the following: - vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, iron board and iron.
Sitting Room – This room has two leather recliner sofas. There is a 42” freeview TV with surround sound system. DVD player (numerous DVD’s situated in hall tall-boy cupboard).
Dining Room – This room has a large oak dining table which has seating provided for 5 guests. Also provides guests a perfect area to play board games. The dining room also has two large swivel arm-chairs which are fabulous to snuggle in and read a good book.
Kitchen – Containing Electric hob and extractor fan, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer. There is also a larder which will provides storage for dry foods.

Double Bedroom – 1 x Kingsize Bed, bedside tables and triple wardrobe (extra pillows on top of wardrobe)

Shower Room – Large walk in shower, sink and WC and storage cupboard
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The house has oil filled radiators which are electrically powered and Thermostat controlled throughout the house. Guests can adjust this to suit.
An enclosed garden with off road parking and good sized grassed area.
From the ferry continue along the road away from the pier. At the T junction turn left, past the Police station and post office. This is the township of Scarinish, on the right-hand side is the Co-op. Continue along the road for about 4 miles towards Crossapol. Buth a’ Bhaile shop, open 7 days a week, is on the right hand side. Just after the play park turn right, signed Kenovay and Airport. Continue past the airport turning and 16 Crossapol is along this road on the left hand side.

Another fantastic week on the Island with family. The sun was shining for TMF and the house has been great as always. Picnic table is a lovely addition to enjoy the evening sun. Looking forward to next year! The Scott and Hynes families xxx
