Stunning beach front holiday home on the Isle of Tiree
A unique styled property in it's own garden offering well equipped, comfortable accommodation at the eastern end of the island with spectacular views over Gunna Sound.
Yum Yum is ideally suited for a party of ten.

ENTRANCE PORCH - with space for shoes and coats.
UTILITY ROOM – with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes maid, second dishwasher
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN | DINING / LIVING AREA - the raised kitchen area is equipped with a range style cooker with gas hob and electric ovens and grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer. You can look over the dining table, with its mix of built in and bench seating and beyond the living area through the sliding glass doors onto the waters of Gunna sound. There is a wood burning stove and vintage seating where you can relax and watch boats passing through the sound and sometimes spot seals, basking sharks, dolphins or whales.
To the right, along the passageway leading to the porch there is a:
DOUBLE BEDROOM with double bed and large picture window over looking the sound. Across the passageway is a:
SHOWER ROOM with a large walk in shower, WC and basin.
To the left of the living area a door leads to a further passageway off which are:
MASTER SUITE with a king size bed, sliding glass doors opening onto decked area overlooking the beach towards Gunna and Coll.

TWIN BEDROOM with twin beds.
BUNK BEDROOM with bunk beds.
BATHROOM - with free standing bath, separate shower, WC and basin

PLAY ROOM with HOME CINEMA relaxed seating on floor cushions perfect for lounging on while watching one of the DVD's available
The property has wrap around decking with tables and benches for outdoor dining. A large grassed area to the side with a gate opening onto the Machair and down to the beach.

There are 5 bedrooms - 2 double rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 room with bunk beds
FROM THE FERRY Turn right at the T junction, follow the signs for Gott and Caolas. Turn right at the pink house and continue on the road alongside Gott Bay. Go past the Lodge Hotel then Tilley, the community turbine, on your right and carry on along the road as far as you can. Go through the gate (if you have to open the gate please make sure you close it again securely once you're through) and follow the track around to the left to the house.
FROM THE AIRPORT Follow the road away from the airport, past the Rural Centre, Auction Mart and the Cobbled Cow on the left hand side. At the T junction turn left and left again at the play park. Follow the road to Scarinsh. Past the Museum, Co-op, RBS Bank then the fire station and Police house continue along the road until you can turn right at the pink house and continue on the road alongside Gott Bay. Go past the Lodge Hotel then Tilley, the community turbine, on your right and carry on along the road as far as you can. Go through the gate (if you have to open the gate please make sure you close it again securely once you're through) and follow the track around to the left to the house.
