This apartment is Perfect for if you like to see nature, birds and wildlife
in Springtime and summer we have lambs gamboling on the croft land around here being very sweet and cute too! :)
the bays and headlands that are in front of (and on both sides of) the property regularly have Sanderlings and Curlew, Heron, Eider ducks, Great Northern Divers and lots of other seabirds and waders, varying by what season it is, and lambs gambol about very cutely from Springtime and all through summer right at the croft this location is on
..at Atlantic Arthouse your spacious living room looks out onto a lovely view (see photos above) of the very picturesque, and historically significant, beach bay of the old harbour at Scarinish..
..The light on the water of the sea and beach bay outside the living room can be mesmerising some days when you look out of the windows onto the view, or relax in the morning with your coffee in the garden or at one of the many lovely places to sit and explore on the machair and beautiful beach bays by the property

lovely spacious accommodation.. with a spacious cosy sanctuary of a living room (with beach bay & sea views), good size bedroom with double bed and a single bed in it, large bathroom sized shower room, and a seperate good size kitchen with two sinks, cooker, oven, washing machine, freezer, fridge etc :)
this lovely apartment is ideal for people who plan to cycle or walk on the island as the beach bay we are situated on is within a couple of minutes walk from the co-op (the main food shop on the island) and is within five minutes walk of the ferry.. There is ample parking for if you are driving to here
please book your holiday to Atlantic Arthouse soon to avoid disappointment as summer ferries to Tiree usually get very fully booked from very early in the year and we tend to get fully booked for summer season..

Please note: there might appear to be cheaper places to stay but they are far smaller or not in such good beach bay locations.. We give very fair rates for this size of accomodation at such an amazing location...There might be cheaper places on Tiree at times, but usually they only give you one room (B&B) or a pod to be in or are not in such quaint beautiful locations... none of them have such a stretch of beach bays right on their doorstep but with so much space to be comfortable in and relax and cook in etc at such an affordable rate as we offer to our regular guests and new guests too)

March or April Holidays .. Very nice, Spring birdwatching and wild swimming and beautiful sea, is amazing on Tiree.. £1000 per week if you pay in full by end of February (£320 deposit to secure your dates) (£800 for every extra consecutive week you book)..
Holidays in May: normally we are fully let out in May .. Very nice with the lambs gamboling and prancing about on the croft about us here .. one week £1225 (which is £175 per night for a full very comfy self catering apartment right on a quaint series of beach bays (if you pay £320 deposit to secure your dates and pay in full by the end of April 2025)
(nowhere else has such an amazing location with full comfy living room, large showerroom and large kitchen right on the beach for anywhere near this price)
Summer rates.. Always fully booked from very early in the season and ferries are getting fully booked already so please book soon to avoid disappointment...
SUMMER RATES for June, July and August is a very fair (for this size of property at such an amazing location where you can wild swim and paddle board and birdwatch from your doorstep here) £1330 per week (which is £190 per night (or get an EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT PRICE of £1225 per week (£175 per night) if you pay in full by the end of March 2025) for a full self catering apartment with a beach bay right outside the garden, spacious living room, large bedroom with double and single bed and large kitchen, bathroom size shower room in this beautiful location on the quaint beautiful beach bay.. FOR ALL SUMMER BOOKINGS pay £320 deposit to secure your dates and pay the full balance by end of April 2025 to secure your lovely holiday here)...

It is very easy to get to the Atlantic Arthouse quickly from any part of the country :) You can fly to the Atlantic Arthouse (from Glasgow airport to Tiree airport) each day, so you could fly from London (or most airports in Britain) in the morning to Glasgow then get on the flight to Tiree and get the bookable bus to meet you at the airport at Tiree and then you could be at the house in 10 minutes and enjoying your stay at the Atlantic Arthouse by lunchtime the same day ..

Beautiful Beach and sea views from the living room and the sunny Garden seating area.. with open views over the old harbour beach bay that is literally right in front of the house.. ideal for paddleboarding and other Watersports from the bay right on the doorstep here.. you can literally paddle out to sea from the harbour bay that is right in front of the house .. and you can put your windsurfer or canoe in the garden
