..at Atlantic Arthouse The light on the water of the sea and beach bay outside your living room here can be mesmerising some days when you look out of the windows onto the view, or relax in the morning with your coffee in the garden right on the edge of the beach bay.. or at one of the many lovely places to sit and explore on the machair and beautiful small beach bays by the property
The Location of Atlantic Arthouse is REALLY good.. on a beach bay, with sea views from the living room and garden you can enjoy relaxing in..with small beautiful beach bays to either side of the property.. AMAZING for wild swimming, birdwatching, and relaxing

this lovely apartment is ideal for people who plan to cycle or walk on the island as the beach bay we are situated on is within a couple of minutes walk from the co-op (the main food shop on the island) and is within five minutes walk of the ferry.. There is ample parking for if you are driving to here

this location at Atlantic Arthouse is ideal for getting away from it all and relaxing, and activities such as paddle boarding from the beach bays (in front of and to the left and right sides) of the Arthouse, or bird watching of Sanderlings and Ringed Plovers and beautiful relaxing days here at the small bays in front of and to the sides of the house
if you want to book an early holiday to get a great discount and a real feel for living on an island in the most real way February breaks are potentially Great for Storm Chasers and Wildlife enthusiasts at this time of year as the Sanderlings, Turnstones and Ringed Plovers tend to feed a lot in the bays on the island and the weather can be very wild with beautiful big waves on the sea and dramatic skies and the suns rays coming down through dramatic moody skies with clear blues and silvery greys and the light glittering on the water of the sea when it shines through.. Great excuse to stay cosy indoors here on Tiree with a loved one and enjoy the cosy getaway and explore the bays and sea views at one of my favourite times of year here

This apartment is Perfect for if you like to see nature, birds and wildlife
the bays that are in front of the property regularly have Sanderlings and Curlew, Heron, Eider ducks, Great Northern Divers and lots of other seabirds and waders that you can often see feeding in the "old harbour bay" from the living room
and, within feet of the property, there are lots of great places to sit by the sea and look at the view, and lovely to sit at benches in the garden too (there are even occasional seals and even otters in the bays that run along in front and to the sides of the property!)
Lovely nature and beautiful sea views on your doorstep
Perfect to get away from it all
Ideal for if you like to Kayak as you can launch from the old harbour bay that is right in front of the apartment .. Very nice to swim in the sea, or just to look at the sea and take it all in, from the beautiful little bays that are in front of the property too

If you are flying to the island (or getting the ferry to here as a foot passenger) You can easily book the bookable bus in advance, to meet you at the airport or the ferry at the time that suits you, so you can easily travel from the ferry or from the airport to the Atlantic Arthouse,
(Bike and Car hire available on the island too :)

It is very easy to get to the Atlantic Arthouse quickly from any part of the country :) You can fly to the Atlantic Arthouse (from Glasgow airport to Tiree airport) each day, so you could fly from London (or most airports in Britain) in the morning to Glasgow then get on the flight to Tiree and get the bookable bus to meet you at the airport at Tiree and then you could be at the house in 10 minutes and enjoying your stay at the Atlantic Arthouse by lunchtime the same day ..

Beautiful Beach and sea views from the living room and the sunny Garden seating area.. with open views over the old harbour beach bay that is literally right in front of the house.. ideal for paddleboarding and other Watersports from the small beach bays right on the doorstep here.. you can literally paddle out to sea from the harbour bay that is right in front of the house .. and you can put your windsurfer or canoe in the garden

Culturally the apartment adjoins the artists studio of Atlantic Arthouse where the artist Dorinda Johnson creates hand made ceramics, and paintings, when she is on the island
